SGO definition

SGO means SGO Corporation, a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of SGOCO International;
SGO. (“GGA”) means a special guardianship order;
SGO means the officials designated by the State to fulfill the State's responsibility to ensure Nation Gaming Operation and SGA compliance with the terms of this Compact.

  • SGO, NetSol Pvt, and NetSol UK shall have received a certificate signed on behalf of Mirage by the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary of Mirage to such effect on the Closing.

  • All employee benefit plans (including without limitation all plans which authorize the granting of stock options, restricted stock, stock bonuses, or other equity based awards) covering active, former, or returned employees of NetSol Pvt and NetSol UK are listed in the SGO, NetSol Pvt, or NetSol UK Disclosure Schedule.

  • Neither SGO nor NetSol Pvt nor NetSol UK is in violation or default of any provision of their respective articles of incorporation or bylaws, or of any instrument, judgment, order, writ, decree, or contract to which they are a party or by which they are bound, or, to the best of their knowledge, of any provision of any federal or state statute, rule, or regulation which may be applicable to them.

  • SGO shall have no authority, express or implied, to commit or obligate Participant in any manner whatsoever.

  • Mirage acknowledges and agrees that it has had a full opportunity to inspect the books, records, and assets of NetSol Pvt and NetSol UK and to make any and all inquiries of the officers and directors regarding SGO, NetSol Pvt, and NetSol UK, the Shares, and the transactions contemplated herein, as Mirage has deemed appropriate.

  • At the Closing, SGO delivered to Mirage certificates representing the Shares as designated in Section 1.1 of the Agreement.

Related to SGO

  • SGA means the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • CCTV means closed circuit television.

  • Paramedic means an individual licensed with cognitive knowledge and a scope of practice that corresponds to that level in the National EMS Education Standards and National EMS Scope of Practice Model.

  • Medical cannabis pharmacy means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
