Nothing in this DNRA obliges SGNIC to act as arbiter between you and third parties in respect of any disputes arising out of the registration or use of the Domain Name.
You therefore further agree that you shall not use the fact that the Domain Name has been registered with SGNIC as a defence in any legal proceedings brought against you by any third party in connection with your registration and/or use of the Domain Name.
