SGFL and BGFCL shall be the Project Executing Agencies for Part B of the Project.

SGFL shall carry on its operations and conduct its affairs in accordance with sound administrative, financial, engineering, environmental and safety practices under the supervision of qualified and experienced management assisted by competent staff in adequate numbers.
Purchaser shall have reasonable access to the Property for the purpose of conducting surveys, architectural, engineering, geotechnical and environmental inspections and tests (including intrusive inspection and sampling), and any other inspections, studies, or tests reasonably required by Purchaser.
