SFSA means the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) or such other governmental authority in Sweden (or, if the Issuer becomes subject to primary bank supervision in a jurisdiction other than Sweden, in such other jurisdiction) having primary bank supervisory authority with respect to the Issuer and/or the SBAB Consolidated Situation;
