  • Such work shall be paid for by the Concessionaire within ten (10) days following demand by the SFRAA for said payment at the SFRAA’s cost or standard rates plus a twenty-five percent (25%) overhead fee.

  • All amounts payable by Concessionaire to the SFRAA hereunder shall bear a service charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month if not paid and received by the SFRAA within thirty (30) days after the date on which payment is due.

  • All insurance required herein shall provide that it is primary insurance and respects any other valid and collectible insurance the SFRAA may possess, including any self-insured retention or deductible the SFRAA may have, and that any other insurance the SFRAA does possess shall be considered excess insurance only.

  • The summary of parking lot usage report shall be in a format approved by the SFRAA, which shall be submitted to the Board quarterly, unless otherwise approved by the SFRAA, and at other times upon request.

  • The SFRAA covenants and agrees that during the Term of this Concession Agreement, Concessionaire shall have the peaceful right to use the Concession Premises for the purposes of operating the Concession and in accordance with all of the rights and privileges as stated herein.

  • The shuttle service would commence December 15th and run through March 31st unless modified by the SFRAA.

  • If at any time Concessionaire shall fail to obtain and maintain in force the insurance required herein, the SFRAA may, but shall have no obligation to, on written notice to Concessionaire, obtain such insurance for Concessionaire’s account and obtain reimbursement within thirty (30) days from Concessionaire.

  • Concessionaire shall invoice SFRAA monthly, in arrears, for the total number of Shuttle Service hours multiplied by the annual Shuttle Service Hourly Rate.

  • All rates charged for public parking at the Airport shall be determined by the SFRAA.

  • The SFRAA agrees to enforce the loading, unloading, and “no parking” areas at the Airport to the extent of issuing tickets for illegal parking and towing of vehicles for excessive violations, as determined by the SFRAA.
