SFPF definition

SFPF means Senior Foreign Public Figure, which refers to a senior official in the executive legislative, administrative, military, or judicial branches of a foreign government; A senior official of a major political party; a senior executive of a government-owned or government-funded corporation, institution or charity; immediate family members and close associates of the SFPF are considered to be SFPF as well.
SFPF has the meaning assigned to it in Section 5.12(a)(v) of this Agreement.
SFPF shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(b).

  • The Bank reserves the right to not open or maintain accounts for a PEP or an SFPF.
