SFL Subscription Amount means an amount of INR 2,070,672,338 (Indian Rupees Two Billion Seventy Million Six Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Eight) which is to be invested by SFL in the Company in terms of SFL Share Subscription Agreement, against subscription of the SFL Subscription Shares, no later than 2 (two) Business Days from, the Closing Date;
