All currently outstanding letters of credit issued by First Union for the account of the Borrower, its Subsidiaries (other than SFDG and its Subsidiaries), or any predecessor-in-interest of any of them, shall, as of the Closing Date, be considered Letters of Credit issued and subject to the terms of this Credit Agreement.
