If Partner provides credit card information to SFDC, Partner authorizes SFDC to charge such credit card for all fees listed in the Order Form for the initial subscription term and any renewal subscription term(s) as set forth in the “Term of Subscriptions” section below.
Customer does not grant to SFDC, its Affiliates, or SFDC Partner any rights in or to Customer’s preexisting intellectual property except such licenses as may be required for SFDC, its Affiliates or SFDC Partner to perform its or their obligations hereunder.

Consistent with SFDC’s trademark rights and usage policies, Partner shall not incorporate “force,” “cloud” (unless permitted by the SFDC Partner Branding Guidelines) or “chatter” or any other SFDC mark or brand in any trade name, brand name, domain name, or other source identifying term.
Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, Partner shall cease to be a participant in the Commerce Cloud LINK Technology Partner Program and all of Partner’s rights to receive and/or use the Link Program Benefits, shall cease, except to the extent such Link Program Benefits and/or Link Program Services are made available to Partner under another SFDC Partner Program.

This Agreement starts on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect unless terminated as set forth herein, provided that if Partner’s participation in the SFDC Partner program or SPPA terminates for any reason, this Agreement shall automatically terminate as of the end date of its participation in the SFDC Partner program or SPPA.
