SFC Real Property definition
SFC Real Property means all real property owned or leased by the SFC Companies, including SNB’s and FFI’s office facilities and all other real estate or foreclosed properties, including improvements thereon.
Examples of SFC Real Property in a sentence
None of the SFC Companies will (i) other than at the end of the term of a Lease Agreement under the terms of which it does not have an option to renew, surrender their leasehold interest in any parcel of leased SFC Real Property, or seek or agree to the termination of the Lease Agreement pertaining to any such parcel, or (ii) modify or amend the Lease Agreement pertaining to any parcel of leased SFC Real Property other than in connection with the renewal of a Lease Agreement at the end of its term.
