Examples of SFC Certificate in a sentence

  • Upon surrender of a SFC Certificate for cancellation to the Paying Agent or to such other agent or agents as may be appointed by FCB, together with such letter of transmittal duly executed and completed in accordance with the instructions thereto, the holder of such SFC Certificate shall receive promptly in exchange therefor the Merger Consideration for each share of SFC Stock formerly evidenced thereby, and such SFC Certificate shall forthwith be canceled.
