S&FB Act definition

S&FB Act means the Superannuation and Family Benefits Act 1938 as in force immediately before this Act came into operation;
S&FB Act means the Superannuation and Family Benefits Act 1938 as in force immediately before this Act came into operation;5 “scheme”, except in section 30, means a superannuation scheme under this Act;
