SF Note means that certain Assignment, Amendment and Restatement of Subordinated Promissory Note by Lender in favor of IMA dated as of the date hereof with a current principal balance of One Million Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($1,500,000.00), together with all extensions, renewals, refinancings or refundings in whole or part.
