Sexual services definition

Sexual services means any form of sexual conduct including intercourse, penetration, or any touching of any person, by oneself or another, for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification, aggression, degradation or other similar purpose. This does not include sexual conduct engaged in as part of any stage performance, play or other entertainment open to the public.

Sexual services are defined as any type of service that includes the active pursuit of sexual arousal of either party .
