sewered area means an area:
sewered area. , of a local government, means a part of the local government’s area declared by resolution of the local government to be a part of its local government area in which it is prepared to accept sewage and effluent into a sewerage system of the local government.
sewered area means and include all lands within the Corporate boundaries of the Municipality served by or reasonably capable of being served by a sanitary sewer; and shall include all areas within the Municipality and not now sewered areas, but which become sewered areas after the date of this bylaw, as and when such areas become sewered areas.
