Sewer well definition
Sewer well means and includes all of the following:
Sewer well means any hole dug or drilled into the ground, and intended for use as water supply, which has been abandoned as a source of water supply and is being used for the disposal of sewage, or any hold dug or drilled into the ground and used or intended to be used for the disposal of sewage and extended to or into a subterranean water-bearing stratum that is used, or intended to be used as, or is suitable for, a source of water supply for domestic purposes.
