Sewer User Charge definition

Sewer User Charge means the charge imposed herein for use of the City’s sewer system;
Sewer User Charge means a charge levied on sewer users of a treatment works for the sewer user's proportionate share of the cost of operation and maintenance (including replacement) of such works.
Sewer User Charge means a monthly charge assessed to all users of the system to pay for debt retirement, all Operation and Maintenance Costs and WALCOMET charges. Such charge shall be payable as determined by the Commission in accordance with the terms of this Ordinance.

More Definitions of Sewer User Charge

Sewer User Charge means any and all rates, charges, fees or rentals levied against and payable by contributors and significant industrial users.
Sewer User Charge means any charge, fee, rental, or rate, excluding property taxes and Capital Capacity Reimbursement Payments, which is imposed on and collected from the owner, lessee, or occupant of property for providing him with the services and facilities of any Community Sewer System or the Regional Sewerage System, or both.
