Sewer hookup fees” as used herein shall refer to those fees or charges defined and/or referred to in Sections 1-25D and 91-32, and which are as of the effective date of this Agreement $1,700.00 plus the sum of $2,500.00 to be allocated to the sewer expansion and replacement funds, for a total of $4,200.00.
