SEVERS SERVICE definition
SEVERS SERVICE means the earlier of the following events: (a) the Employee's quitting, retiring, dying or being discharged, (b) the completion of a period of 365 continuous days in which the Employee remains absent from Service (with or without pay) for any reason other than quitting, retiring, dying or being discharged, such as vacation, holiday, sickness, disability, leave of absence, layoff or any other absence or (c) the second anniversary of the commencement of a continuous period of absence occasioned by the reason of the pregnancy of the Employee, the birth of a child of the Employee, the placement of a child with the Employee in connection with the adoption of the child by the Employee or the caring for the child for a period commencing immediately after the child's birth or placement.
SEVERS SERVICE means the occurrence of a Participant's or former Par▇▇▇▇▇▇nt's Severance From Service Date.
SEVERS SERVICE means the occurrence of a Participant's Severance Fro▇ ▇▇▇▇ice Date.
