Severe Condition definition

Severe Condition means that partial Service remains available but a Client location is unable to perform some portion of its important business requirements. An example of severe conditions might include end users are experiencing severe degradation in database performance.
Severe Condition means a condition that has continued, or can be expected to continue, indefinitely and contributes a substantial hardship to a person's ability to function normally in society;
