Severable Provisions definition
Severable Provisions. The provisions of this Agreement are severable. If one or more provisions may be determined to be illegal or otherwise wholly or partially unenforceable, the remaining provisions, and any partially enforceable provision to the extent enforceable, shall nevertheless be binding and enforceable.
Severable Provisions. The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and if any one or more provisions may be determined to be unreasonable or illegal or otherwise unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless be binding and enforceable. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the parties agree to reform such provision, to the maximum extent permitted by law and if a court indicates what reforms would make such provision enforceable, the parties will abide by what that court determines.
