Setup Date means the day of activation and setup of Client’s access to the eSOPH System, which will occur on the first day of training unless otherwise specified and agreed to in writing by the Parties.

Setup Date. Setup Time In: Setup Time Out: The Lessee (s) shall pay to the SMFPA the sum of $ .00 being hereafter referred to as the “Deposit Amount”.   • If you cancel the Service prior to the Setup Date, you may obtain a refund for any amounts you may have prepaid in connection with the installation and setup of the Service.
