The Claims Administrator shall notify each Settling Claimant by way of a letter sent via email, if available, or through first class regular mail as to the approval or rejection of his or her claim and the points awarded to the Settling Claimant.
To ensure prompt payment of such amounts, the Settling Claimants hereby authorize the Designated Representative to setoff from amounts owing to each responsible Settling Claimant the fees and costs owed by that Settling Claimant under the terms of this Paragraph.

In connection with the releases contained herein, each Settling Claimant acknowledges that it is aware that it may hereafter discover Claims presently unknown or unsuspected, or facts in addition to or different from those which it now knows or believes to be true with respect to the matters released herein.

Each Settling Claimant hereby covenants and agrees that it has not assigned and will not assign or transfer, or purport to assign or transfer, to any person or entity, including, without limitation, any of its Affiliates or Subsidiaries, any Claim it is releasing pursuant to this Agreement.
This Agreement does not release Claims that any Class member, other than a Settling Claimant on behalf of himself, herself or itself, may have against the Sempra Parties or Released Sempra Parties for bodily injuries or physical damage to real or personal property.
