Settlement Provider definition

Settlement Provider means the Bank, in its role as settlement authority, providing settlement services to the participants as contemplated in this agreement;
Settlement Provider means the Bank, in its role as settlement authority, providing settlement services to the participants as contemplated in UNISS participation agreement; "SWIFT" means Society for Worldwide Inter-bank Financial Telecommunications.
Settlement Provider means any entity or entities designated by NWIP, in NWIP's sole discretion, from time to time and at any time during the term of this Agreement, including any renewal term(s), to provide Settlement Services, which entity or entities may be, but are not required to be, the Clearinghouse Provider.

  • With respect to any Asset purchased by the Seller from a Life Settlement Provider or Insured, as applicable, each GWG Party shall cause such sale to be effected under, and in compliance with the terms of, the applicable Purchase and Sale Agreement and Origination Agreement (if applicable), including, without limitation, the terms relating to the amount and timing of payments to be made to the Life Settlement Provider or Insured, as applicable, in respect of the purchase price for such Asset.
