Settlement Protocol definition
Settlement Protocol means, as determined by the Calculation Agent in respect of a Reference Entity that is subject to a Credit Event, a market protocol that has been established for the purposes of amending the terms of one or more transactions similar to the Transaction with the intention that a Final Price in respect of a Reference Entity be determined in accordance with such market protocol and be used to determine the amounts payable by and or rights and obligations of the parties under such transactions which relate to such Reference Entity.
Settlement Protocol means, in respect of the Reference Entity, a market protocol that has been established for the purposes of amending the terms of one or more type of credit derivatives transaction with the intention that, amongst other things, a final price will be determined in accordance with such market protocol and be used to determine the amounts payable by and/or rights and obligations of the parties under such transactions.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Adjusted Settlement Protocol shall apply to any amounts credited to Available Cash from credit card receivables held by the Conveying Parties which have not been received in cash by the Transferee Entities on or prior to the sixtieth (60th) day following the Closing.
