Settlement Promotion definition
Settlement Promotion means the position to which an eligible Claimant will be promoted pursuant to this Consent Decree (eligibility as determined by Paragraph 37 of this Consent Decree) and represents the rank to which Plaintiffs allege the Claimant would have been
