Settlement Plan definition

Settlement Plan means a detailed plan submitted by the Applicant to IIDI describing the Applicant’s and if applicable the Applicant’s family’s plan for settlement in PEI, in accordance with the criteria set out in Schedule “C”; and
Settlement Plan has the meaning set forth in Recital F.
Settlement Plan has the meaning set forth in Recital F. ww. “State” means the State of California.

More Definitions of Settlement Plan

Settlement Plan means a plan indicating the relative situation in a land development area of sites, premises, public places and zones used or to be used for small-scale farming, or for small scale farming together with any of the other purposes referred to in the definition of “land development”, and approved by a tribunal as part of a land development application in terms of Chapter VI;
Settlement Plan means the settlement plan submitted by the Extraordinary Administrator pursuant to Article 43 of the EA Act on 20 June, 2018 and confirmed by the Commercial Court in Zagreb under business number St-1138/2017-2823 on 6 July 2018, as such settlement plan may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated at any time after 20 June, 2018 in accordance with the EA Act.
Settlement Plan means the group benefit plan to be provided at the Defendant’s cost to Settlement Class Members which, upon implementation, will have the benefits of the Presettlement Plan as amended by the changes summarized in the column entitled “Settlement” in Schedule “A” and which, other than as set out in this Settlement Agreement, is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the Presettlement Plan, including the internal appeal mechanism.

  • Resettlement Plan or “RP” means the resettlement plan for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.

  • Mitigation plan means a proposal that includes the process or means to achieve carbon dioxide mitigation through use of mitigation projects or carbon credits.
