Settlement Package means, as it relates to any Purchased Settlement, fully executed copies of all documentation related to the purchase of any and all Settlements by the Borrower, and shall include, without limitation, (i) the original Purchase Agreement related to a Settlement and all documents required to be delivered to the Borrower pursuant thereto, (ii) the original Settlement, (iii) the original Notice of Direction of Payment, and (iv) any notifications or acknowledgments received by the Borrower related to a Purchased Settlement, including acknowledgments of releases and payment obligations.

Related to Settlement Package

  • Settlement Cycle means the period of Clearance System Business Days following a transaction on the Relevant Exchange in the Underlying, during which period settlement will customarily take place according to the rules of such Relevant Exchange.

Notwithstanding the manner in which the viatical settlement broker is compensated, a viatical settlement broker is deemed to represent only the viator, and not the insurer or the viatical settlement provider, and owes a fiduciary duty to the viator to act according to the viator’s instructions and in the best interest of the viator. “Viatical settlement broker” does not include an attorney, certified public accountant, or a financial planner accredited by a nationally recognized accreditation agency who is retained to represent the viator and whose compensation is not paid directly or indirectly by the viatical settlement provider or purchaser.

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);

  • Settlement means the settlement set forth in this Agreement.
