Settlement Meetings definition

Settlement Meetings has the meaning set forth in Section 13.2(b).

Examples of Settlement Meetings in a sentence

  • If the Members are unable to resolve all disputes at the Settlement Meetings, immediately upon the conclusion of the Settlement Meetings, the mediation shall commence in accordance with the CPR Institute’s procedural requirements and rules, or as otherwise agreed by the Members (referred to herein as the “Mediation Notice”).

  • If the Members cannot agree on the date and place to conduct the Settlement Meetings, such meetings shall be conducted in the Agreed Location within twenty five (25) days of the date of the Negotiation Notice.

  • If a Dispute is not settled by a Settlement Agreement after an initial Settlement Meeting held in accordance with Section 2.4 of this Schedule 14 [Dispute Resolution Procedure], then, without extending the time limit set out in Section 2.10 of this Schedule 14 [Dispute Resolution Procedure], BC Hydro may, in its discretion, direct in writing that an additional Settlement Meeting or Settlement Meetings be convened at which BC Hydro will be represented by a new representative(s).

  • In the event the grievance is not settled as a result of the Settlement Meetings above, the matter may be submitted to binding arbitration.
