Settlement Meeting has the meaning given in Section 2.3.

• Within five Business Days from the delivery of the Dispute Notice, officials designated by the Province and the Contractor will meet at a mutually acceptable time and place to attempt to resolve the Dispute (a "Settlement Meeting").
