Settlement Facilities definition

Settlement Facilities means credit facilities obtained by the Company or any Subsidiary that provide for funding of short-term timing differences related to customer settlements.
Settlement Facilities credit facilities obtained by GPI or any of its Subsidiaries that provide for funding of short-term timing differences related to customer settlements, substantially similar to this Agreement.

Examples of Settlement Facilities in a sentence

  • You are not required to opt-in to both of the Settlement Facilities, but can choose to enter into either one (or both).

  • Settlement Facilities Subject to paragraph (b), the Operator and all Market Participants must use the Austraclear electronic cash transfer system for the payment of amounts specified in Final Statements.
