Settlement code definition

Settlement code means the 2-digit code used to identify when in the legal process the claim has been closed or settled.

  • Retail Settlement Code means the code approved by the Board and in effect at the relevant time, which, among other things, establishes a distributor’s obligations and responsibilities associated with financial settlement among retailers and customers and provides for tracking and facilitating customer transfers among competitive retailers;

  • Procurement Code means §§ 13-1-28 to 13-1-199 NMSA 1978. “Public School Finance Act” means §§ 22-8-1 to 22-8-49 NMSA 1978. “Secretary” means the cabinet secretary of the Department.

  • Settlement System Code means the specifications, standards, methods, calculations and conventions established under the AUC Settlement System Code Rule 021, as amended or replaced from time to time;

  • settlement system means a system established and operated by the Bank to facilitate the transfer of funds for the discharge of payment and settlement obligations between system participants;

  • Settlement Procedures means the Settlement Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A.
