SETTLEMENT CDA means the confidential disclosure agreement effective as of November 1, 2011, and any amendments thereto, by and between BUTAMAX, E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company, and BP Biofuels North America LLC, on the one hand, and GEVO, on the other hand.
