  • The Council for Trade in Services or the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) may, at the request of a Member, consult with any Member or Members in respect of any matter for which it has not been possible to find a satisfactory solution through consultation under paragraph 1.

  • In accordance with the WTO Agreement, a Party may implement any measure authorised by the Dispute Settlement Body of the WTO against the other Party.

  • Where an obligation under this Agreement is identical to an obligation under the WTO Agreement, the arbitration panel shall take into account any relevant interpretation established in rulings of the WTO Dispute Settlement Body (hereinafter referred to as "DSB").

  • The term ‘‘Dispute Settlement Body’’ means the Dispute Settlement Body administering the rules and procedures set forth in the Dis- pute Settlement Understanding.
