Settlement Agent Trade definition
Settlement Agent Trade means each trade Transaction that results when a is given up to the Settlement Agent, and the Settlement Agent, acting as a matched principal, such an accepted Transaction and replaces it with two new trades in which Settlement Agent faces each counterparty of the Transaction, executed pursuant subject to the Rules and the terms and conditions of thea Settlement Services Agreement.
