Catholic Crosscultural Services is a Newcomer Settlement agency providing a continuum of settlement supports in Scarborough, Mississauga and Brampton.
Settlement Agent means, with respect to any Transaction the subject of which is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the entity approved by Buyer, in its sole good-faith discretion, which may be a title company, escrow company or attorney in accordance with local law and practice in the jurisdiction where the related Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan is being originated. A Settlement Agent is deemed approved unless Buyer notifies Seller otherwise at any time electronically or in writing.
City agency means each and every agency, department, board, commission, authority, employee, and/or official acting under the authority of the City, including, without limitation, the City Council and the Planning Commission.
Settlement Administrator means the third party settlement administrator proposed by the Parties, as approved by the Court.
Cognizant agency means the Federal agency responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and approving cost allocation plans or indirect cost proposals developed under this Circular on behalf of all Federal agencies. OMB publishes a listing of cognizant agencies.
Awarding agency means (a) with respect to a grant, cooperative agreement, or cost reimbursement contract, the Federal agency, and (b) with respect to a subaward, the party that awarded the subaward.
