settlem ent definition

settlem ent means the settlement on the Trustee on the terms of this Trust described in clause 2.2 and 2.3. Settlement Asset means each item of property that is the subject of the Settlement. Settlement Date has the same meaning as in the Deed of Settlement. Settlement Legislation has the same meaning as in the Deed of Settlement.

  • Settlement means the settlement of the Action by and between the Parties, and the terms thereof as stated in this Settlement Agreement.
