Setback, Front definition

Setback, Front means the minimum allowable distance between any building and the front lot line of the lot on which such building is located. No more than one front setback shall be designated on corner lots or double frontage lots.
Setback, Front means an open space free from structures extending the full width of the lot between a building and the front lot line, except as specified elsewhere in this Ordinance. Distances referred to throughout this Ordinance shall constitute building setback requirements.
