Set Range definition

Set Range means the three (3) Day period commencing one Day prior to and terminating one Day after an Accepted Date.

Set Range means the period during which Xxxxx's LNG Ship is to arrive for and complete loading as specified in paragraph 3 in the LNG Sales Confirmation Notice.

  • Discount Range has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(a)(ii)(C).

  • Company Party means any one of them.

  • Solicitation means the document issued by the System Agency (including any published addenda, exhibits, and Attachments) under which the goods or Services provided under the Contract were initially requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Preferred Bidder means a bidder that is entitled to receive a reciprocal preference under the requirements of this chapter.

  • Bid Solicitation means a formal request for Bids, including Informal Quotation, Request for Quotation, Request for Pre-Qualification, Request for Tender, Request for Proposal, Request for Expression of Interest, or Request for Information.

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

Solicit does not include: (i) making a contribution that is otherwise permitted by Chapter 155 of the Connecticut General Statutes; (ii) informing any person of a position taken by a candidate for public office or a public official, (iii) notifying the person of any activities of, or contact information for, any candidate for public office; or (iv) serving as a member in any party committee or as an officer of such committee that is not otherwise prohibited in this section.

  • First Call Date means the date falling 36 months after the Issue Date or, to the extent such day is not a Business Day, the Business Day following from an application of the Business Day Convention.

  • Borrower Solicitation of Discount Range Prepayment Offers means the solicitation by any Borrower Party of offers for, and the corresponding acceptance by a Lender of, a voluntary prepayment of Loans at a specified range of discounts to par pursuant to Section 2.05(1)(e)(C).

  • Discount Range Proration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(C)(3).

  • Lowest Evaluated Bid means a bid for goods, works and services having the lowest evaluated cost among the substantially responsive bids

  • Highest Bidder means the Bidder, who quotes the highest License Fees

  • Sale Period has the meaning set forth in Section 8.7,

  • Discount Range Prepayment Response Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(C)(1).

  • Winning Bidder With respect to a Successful Auction, the Qualified Bidder that bids the highest price.

  • Telephone solicitation means any voice communication over a telephone for the purpose of encouraging the recipient of the call to purchase, rent, or invest in goods or services during that telephone call. Telephone solicitation does not include any of the following:

  • Tenderer/Bidder means the firm or Company (hereinafter called Tenderer/ Bidder) who duly submits the tender after accepting all the terms & conditions of the tender document.

  • Call Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(c) hereof.

  • Auction shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • GMS means the automated system, or its successor system, employed by SCE real time operations to remotely monitor and dispatch the Generating Facility.

  • Range means all the areas of land or water that a migratory species inhabits, stays in temporarily, crosses or overflies at any time on its normal migration route;

  • Qualified Bidder As defined in Section 7.01(c).
