Set Range definition

Set Range means the three (3) Day period commencing one Day prior to and terminating one Day after an Accepted Date.

If the Company elects to so proceed, it will convert shares, based upon the Conversion Price, from those holders of IPO Shares who affirmatively requested such conversion and who voted against the Business Combination. If holders of 20% or more in interest of the IPO Shares, who vote against approval of any potential Business Combination, elect to convert their IPO Shares, the Company will not proceed with such Business Combination and will not convert such shares.

  • The Parents /"You" means any person who has signed the Acceptance Form and/or who has accepted responsibility for a child's attendance at this School. Parents are legally responsible, individually and jointly, for complying with their obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
