Session Rate definition

Session Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 8.0 (Prices and Fees) of this Master Agreement.

Session Rate means an amount calculated for the purposes of supplementary payments at the value of one-eighth of the minimum weekly salary as set out in Paragraph 24.1 of this Agreement.

Session Rate means, for the Contractor, the fully burdened session rates set forth in Paragraph 8, Prices and Fees, Subparagraph 8.2 Session Rates, each of which such session rate includes an allocated average of direct and indirect costs, overhead, and administrative expenses attributable to each personnel hour worked.

  • The CRRP Off-Peak Session may be bought-out for World in All Media in Perpetuity upon upgrading the fee to the Peak Time Session Rate and then applying a further payment of 70% of the total CRRP and Overtime fees (excluding rehearsal fees).

  • The patch session shall be paid at the LAMC Session Rate in 15-minute increments.
