Where you use any such facilities payment of the Session Rate in respect of such use will not apply although you will be bound by all other terms of this Agreement which apply.
The CRRP Off-Peak Session may be bought-out for World in All Media in Perpetuity upon upgrading the fee to the Peak Time Session Rate and then applying a further payment of 70% of the total CRRP and Overtime fees (excluding rehearsal fees).
