Session Fee definition

Session Fee payment (listed on ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) must be paid in full before your session begins. The Session Fee is both a fee for TSP’s labor and a retainer. You will also be responsible for reimbursing TSP for its travel expenses for any session that occurs more than 50 miles from ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, at a cost of FIFTY CENTS ($.50 US) per mile (round trip), as calculated by ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Such reimbursement shall be paid on or before the event date. Complimentary online proofing will be available for 2 months after the session. You may purchase additional proofing time for $60.00 per 2 months. You may purchase basic retouching service for $15.00 per image. TSP is being engaged, as an independent contractor and only in accordance with the terms of this Contract, to create photographic images (the “Images”) for Client, at the session described above (the “Services”). The purchase of any Images created pursuant to this Contract is not covered by this Contract, and shall be on such other terms as are mutual agreed to by TSP and Client. TSP does not shoot in bright sunlight. All sessions must take place early in the morning or late in the evening (unless discussed prior to the session). In the event that TSP cannot provide the Services during the session for any reason, the Session Fee will be returned. RETURN OF THE SESSION FEE IS THE MAXIMUM LIMIT OF TSP’S LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS CONTRACT BY TSP.

Session Fee means either the Audio Session Fee or the Audiovisual Session Fee or Visual Session Fee or Live Recording Session Fee payable to a Musician by the Commissioning Record Label in accordance with Clauses 5.2, 5.3, 7 or 8 of the Agreement in respect of a Musician’s engagement for such session.

Examples of Session Fee in a sentence

  • Recordings made in accordance with this Section 24.B. shall require payment of an additional Session Fee to any Performers rendering services to accommodate such change if such change is not recorded at the time of the original session.
