Session 2. Leading the Way: Managing and Leading Human Resources Saturday June 18, 2022 Time: 9am-3pm Cost: $65 Total PD hours: 5 hours Location: IN PERSON Presenter: ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ This session is about the people who work in early learning and care programs – how to create great teams, what they need to be successful and how to create an environment that supports their professional growth and devel- opment. In this session we will identify and examine the role of the administrator as it relates to human resource management.

Examples of Session 2 in a sentence

  • Up to six (6) hours of scheduled telephone/webinar training, including the following: (a) Session 1: On-boarding, to review branding, administrative setup and operation, and new client orientation; (b) Session 2: Pre-live training, to teach administrative and user-side software operations to the system administrator; and (c) Session 3: Post-live training, to ensure all systems are working properly, answering specific questions, and trouble-shooting as required.

  • The Accommodation Session 1 and Accommodation Session 2 invoices will include payments for the Christmas and Easter vacation periods respectively.

  • Students will have the option of enrolling in the parts of term defined as Summer Session 1 and Summer Session 2 (herein referred to as “Summer Term”), for a maximum of two (2) unique college courses throughout the duration of the Summer Term.

  • Year 1 of training includes Summer Institute, Session 1, and Session 2.

  • Currently, there are 31 duty days in Summer Session 2 or Summer Session 3 for teaching and non-teaching Faculty.

  • At the request of a counselor/librarian (non-teaching Faculty member) and with the consent of the College, a non-teaching Faculty member may accumulate work hours during Semester I and/or Semester II and/or during inter-Semester periods, which may be banked towards fulfillment of the non-teaching Faculty member’s base contract in Summer Session 2 or Summer Session 3.

  • The 31 duty days in Summer Session 2 or Summer Session 3 represent 217 clock hours that a non-teaching Faculty member must provide the College in order to meet the semesters of the contract.

  • Unless otherwise specified, this Agreement covers the session(s) you have elected (Session 1, Session 2 or both).
