Servitude Area definition

Servitude Area means the areas of the Property over which rights of way are granted in favour of the MUNICIPALITY in accordance with clauses 21.1 and 21.2.
Servitude Area means that area of ground extending to THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED (3,100sqm) square metres or thereby, tinted blue on the cadastral map and forming part of the Burdened Property;
Servitude Area means the land hatched brown on the cadastral map which land forms part of the Burdened Property.
