SERVICOM definition

SERVICOM means an acronym for Service Compact with all Nigerians, an agreement that Nigerian government parastatals, establishments, and institutions enter into with their customers/stakeholders to provide quality services to which they (the customers and stakeholders) are entitled in a timely, fair, honest, effective, and transparent manner. It is also used to refer to the sub-unit of the Quality Assurance & SERVICOM Unit.
