Servicing Transfer Procedures. The provisions set forth in Exhibit H attached hereto.
Servicing Transfer Procedures means, with respect to any Subject Servicing Agreement, the servicing transfer procedures set forth in the related Subservicing Supplement.
Servicing Transfer Procedures. With respect to each Mortgage Loan which is not a Prior Ditech Serviced Loan, the procedures with respect to the transfer of subservicing of such Mortgage Loans to the Subservicer as set forth in Exhibit D hereto as may be amended from time to time as mutually agreed by the prior servicer and the Subservicer. The Subservicer shall (i) provide written notice to the Owner/Servicer of amendments or modifications to the Servicing Transfer Procedures at least thirty (30) days prior to the applicable Transfer Date and (ii) ensure that the Servicing Transfer Procedures comply with Applicable Requirements.

Examples of Servicing Transfer Procedures in a sentence

  • With respect to the mechanics of Mortgage Loan servicing transfer, to the extent any provision of this Agreement conflicts with any provision of the Servicing Transfer Procedures, the provisions set forth in the Agreement shall control.

  • On the Servicing Transfer Date, the Seller shall comply with the Servicing Transfer Procedures and deliver to the Purchaser the Mortgage Files and any other Mortgage Loan Documents or servicing-related documents in the Seller’s possession for each related Mortgage Loan.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and unless another standard of effort is expressly set forth in this Agreement or in the Servicing Transfer Procedures, the parties shall cooperate in good faith with each other and use their respective commercially reasonable efforts to accomplish the transfer of the Servicing Rights in accordance with the Servicing Transfer Procedures on the Servicing Transfer Date.

  • Servicing of the Mortgage Loans shall have been transferred to the Purchaser by the Seller as of the Servicing Transfer Date, in accordance with the Servicing Transfer Procedures and this Agreement.In the event any of the conditions set forth in this Section 2.03 are not satisfactory to Purchaser in all material respects, Purchaser shall be entitled to terminate its obligations hereunder in accordance with Section 6.01.


More Definitions of Servicing Transfer Procedures

Servicing Transfer Procedures. The servicing transfer procedures of the Purchaser, attached hereto as EXHIBIT 12.

Related to Servicing Transfer Procedures

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means vetting procedures that accord with good industry practice or, where requested by the Customer, the Customer’s procedures for the vetting of personnel as provided to the Supplier from time to time;

Minnesota Statute requires that the plan must, at least, list the restrictive procedures the school intends to use; describe how the school will monitor and review the use of restrictive procedures; and include a written description and documentation of the training school personnel completed.
