Servicing Transactions definition
Servicing Transactions the execution, delivery and performance by the Master Servicer or any Servicer of each of the Transaction Documents to which the Master Servicer or any Servicer is a party and the servicing and collection of the Receivables under the Receivables Transfer Agreement and the consummation of the other transactions contemplated by any of the foregoing.
Servicing Transactions means any residential mortgage-backed securities transactions serviced pursuant to the Servicing Agreements.
