Examples of Servicing Systems in a sentence

  • Company shall service the Program following the Closing Date by using the accounts receivable, credit, collections, call center and Servicing Systems existing on the Effective Date, as Company may alter such Systems from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • The Purchaser shall reimburse the Servicer for any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the Servicer's implementation of the Servicing Systems.

  • Securitization Servicing Agreement means the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
