SERVICING SECURITY AGREEMENT definition
SERVICING SECURITY AGREEMENT the Amended and Restated Servicing Security Agreement dated as of April 30, 2000, as the same may have been and may hereafter be amended, supplemented, reaffirmed or restated from time to time.
SERVICING SECURITY AGREEMENT means the Amended and Restated Security Agreement (Servicing Collateral), dated as of June 25, 1999, between the Servicing Collateral Agent and the Borrowers, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
SERVICING SECURITY AGREEMENT means the Security and Collateral Agency Agreement (Servicing Credit Facility), substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Servicing Credit Agreement, as amended, extended or supplemented from time to time.
