Servicing Plan definition

Servicing Plan means the servicing plan, if any, required by a regulation under section 708.02.
Servicing Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
Servicing Plan means a plan, report, and/or information provided by an Owner that shows how the water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage services will be provided for a proposed subdivision.

  • Upon a request from the Development Authority, the developer or owner of the titled parcel must confirm under seal from a Consulting Engineer or Alberta Land Surveyor, that the development was constructed in accordance with the grades submitted on the Development Permit and Development Site Servicing Plan.
