Servicing Cost definition

Servicing Cost means, as of any date of determination, an annualized percentage, calculated with reference to the Aggregate Eligible Pool Balance and the related Collection Period, equal to the monthly ratio of (a) the sum of all Servicing Fees and all collection fees during each such Collection Period divided by (b) the Aggregate Eligible Pool Balance as of the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period, provided that the Servicing Cost shall not be less than 5%.
Servicing Cost. = the aggregate sum of the Servicing Fees corresponding to the tasks and duties to be performed by the Servicers under the Program, which shall in aggregate (for the group of Servicers) be equal to 0.25% (per annum) computed monthly on the basis of the Global Portfolio in EUR as of the previous Calculation Date (and multiplied by the number of days in the relevant Charges Period / 360 days) payable (excluding any taxes) in accordance with Clause 5 of the Servicing Agreement.
